Tom brings to the RIA program over a decade of experience in nonprofit programming. Working in training and nonprofit capacity building at the statewide association for nonprofits in Washington state, he has a deep appreciation for the people and organizations that help our rural communities thrive. Tom also has a deep passion and strong background in active transportation, community organizing, and grassroots advocacy. He is eager to expand high performance rail in the Pacific Northwest and develop strong, connected, and resilient communities.
